Welcome to Happy Hour, The Studio's signature collection of full body muscular work. You can expect a full body warm up, into hand weighted arm focus, ab work and dynamic body sculpting through dance based choreography. Madison will guide with verbal direction that is encouraging and supportive as you build and expand on your own awareness and mind/body connection.
New videos are available every Monday and Thursday. We encourage accessing the videos as needed and returning to them as your body feels right.
