EQUIPMENT: 8lb hand weights and a mat. Classic Happy Hour structure
*As always Madison recommends using equipment available and appropriate for your body. Using slightly heavier weights than your usual is encouraged. (i.e if you don't usually work with weights, try 2 or 3lb, if you work with 3lb typicallly, work with 5lbs this time. If you are comfortable with 5lbs, challenge yourself with 8lbs).
